SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on the order the items will be dispatched in individual packages or shipped on pallets to ensure safe transition. We will contact you if special arrangements are to be made for a pallet delivery.

Our courier partners do not deliver to PO Boxes.

METRO MELBOURNE

We are committed to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Some deliveries within Metro Melbourne are dispatched and delivered the same day.

INTERSTATE

We will provide an estimated time of delivery for all interstate orders as received from our courier partners. Please feel free to contact our team on support@shapesfitness.com.au if you have any questions.

WAREHOUSE PICKUPS

We offer pickups from our warehouse in the north of Melbourne. Please select pick up option when you check out and wait for an email from us to confirm a pickup date and time.

Note that we only allow visits to our warehouse for pickups (sometime product inspection for bulk purchases) by appointment only.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy.
